Dan served as a Youth worker for over 20 years at Franklin Missionary Baptist Church in Darlington, MD. He enjoyed every moment of it and every aspect of it. From time to time, he and his wife Shirley would serve at the Baltimore Rescue Mission and their heart got pulled towards working in a street ministry of some sort, but did not have clear direction.
Then one fine Spring day they joined with the Unsheltered International Team in Coatesville, PA as they were conducting a Resource Clinic. He and Shirley saw the positive impact the Resource Clinic was having on the community. “We got to know Travis and the Unsheltered International Team a little better and felt lead to join their efforts as best we could,” Dan says. “We made Travis and the Unsheltered International Team objects of prayer. Little did we know they were praying for us as well! I am truly humbled to be asked to join this team on a more official basis and look forward to serving for years to come.”
Currently Dan and Shirley attend services at Emmorton Baptist Church in Bel Air, MD. They have three children and six Grandchildren.

Ron and his wife, Paula, met Travis and April in late 2011 after a work-related relocation moved them from South Florida to Blount county Alabama. Quickly becoming friends with the Sharpe family they developed an admiration for their dedication to ministry. This dedication to ministry was fueled by the primary desire to Share the Gospel while at the same time providing help to those in need. They became supporters of the ministry as well as friends with the Sharpe Family.
“I was humbled and honored when asked to allow the board to consider me for a position on the Unsheltered International Board of Directors,” Ron said. “I consider it a true honor to be allowed to serve along the dedicated folks to help further the Gospel.”

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mission Trip Leader
Todd is the pastor of Community Baptist Church in Bristol, TN. He has served on the leadership team since 2012 when we first did a resource clinic in conjunction with his church in Bristol. Todd also travels to the Philippines to lead mission trips.
I am originally from Fairview, Alabama, but moved to Addison in 1984 where I graduated from Addison High School in 1991. Immediately after graduating, I joined the Army, where I served for 10 years, both nationally and internationally. After the Army, I finally made my way back home to Cullman, Alabama in 2007. Shortly after attending, I joined Temple Baptist Church in 2008. I have enjoyed working very closely with Unsheltered International. I am grateful to have been a small part of it over the years. In December 2020, I was invited to become the Campus Pastor for Temple Baptist Fairview Campus and without hesitation and on great faith, I climbed out of my semi-truck and into that role. A role that has matured my walk and continues to challenge me daily. I thank God for the opportunity.
I met my wife Adrienne, in 2008, that same year, she was saved and trusted in the Lord to lead her life right here at Temple Baptist Church. Needless to say, we were married shortly after in 2009. In total we have 4 children, Ashley, Michalah, Seth and Elliot. Currently, our youngest son, Elliot, serves on the Sights and Sounds team. My wife, Adrienne, sings in the choir at the Temple Baptist Fairview Location.
I can’t say enough what a privilege it is for us to serve the Lord, as a family, in any capacity. If you have a chance to come out and visit, I’d love to meet you and pray with you!
