Just a couple of months ago, God did something amazing for a young lady named Brandy. She was broken and hungry, but the Lord answered her prayer by sending our Unsheltered staff to her hotel room.
Her testimony tells how a simple act of kindness, like giving someone a box of food, can lead to a new relationship with Christ.
Also, I want to give you an update on our current fundraiser called our “Live Benefit.” Our goal is to raise $100,000 by March 7th. That’s next week!
As of today, our ministry partners have donated and pledged a total of $24,710. That leaves about $75,290 in order to reach our goal. I believe we can get there, but we need your help.
On average, it takes about $191 for us to help someone like Brandy. That purchases food, clothing, hygiene items, and in Brandy’s case, helped her move into an apartment just last week.
