New Missionaries- Mike and Regina Hogue

We are excited to announce the acceptance of Mike and Regina Hogue to the Unsheltered family. Last year, the Lord burdened their heart about working with our ministry to help us build and operate the village. When they contacted us about what the Lord was doing in their lives, it was like a breath of fresh air. Their calling was exactly what we needed God to do in someone's heart!

Mike and Regina are members of Martin Baptist Church in New Albany, MS where Andy Russell is the pastor. Back in October, the church had a special evening where they officially announced the calling on the Hogue's lives and took up a generous love offering for them.

Mike has been in construction nearly all of his life. He knows how to frame walls, pour concrete, put up shiplap, lay flooring, and pretty much everything else in construction. He is also good on tractors and other equipment. With all of his experience, he will be a valuable asset to our ministry team. Mike and Regina have already jumped in on several projects with us.

He put the flooring in the model home at the village as seen below.

Most recently, Mike and Travis built a new area to hang clothing at the ministry warehouse. They converted a semi trailer into a very usable space. Mike pretty much led the charge on that.

Regina plans to jump in and work wherever she is needed. She really enjoys being by Mike's side and helping him with whatever project he is working on. Regina will surely be a help to her husband and very valuable in the future of the village ministry.

We are very grateful for what the Lord is doing is this couple's lives. Please remember them in your prayers as they are getting started raising their needed support. If you are interested in supporting them, please contact them directly at 662-668-0463.

Their support is being handled through their home church. Support can be sent to:

Thank you for praying for this family and for the continued ministry of Unsheltered. Our prayer is that we can bring more hope and help to the unsheltered around the world!
